"The Prosecco" Mobile Cart Q&A 

  

  • Do you carry a liquor license & can you provide alcohol?

We carry a business license from the State of Minnesota.  That being said, because permits and licensing vary by local jurisdiction, we do not carry a liquor license and do not provide alcohol.  Rest assured, we have a network of professionals to "tap" into and will guide you through this process - it's very straightforward!  We carry General Liability insurance for safety and peace of mind.  ​

  • What is included with rental?

The base rental of the Prosecco includes the trailer, two interior shelves, two exterior shelves and chandelier lighting.  Access to a regular, three prong 120v outlet is all that is needed for electric.  ​

Add on services include decorating, coolers, tables, chairs, chandeliers, chalkboards, custom signage, balloons, additional lighting and backdrops.  

  • What size is "The Prosecco"?  Do you have set up requirements?

"The Prosecco" is 12ft long from hitch to tail, roughly 6ft wide and 8ft tall.  She once carried two horses from Oklahoma to Minnesota!  She is best "put to pasture" on level and flat ground that we can access by pulling her in with our truck.  Rental includes delivery, set up and pick up.  We require that we have access to the event location at least one hour prior to start of an event where we are providing base level services.  Longer set up time may be required depending on scale of set up.  

  • Do you have packages I can pick from?  ​

We know how important it is to put on an event that reflects not only your personal taste, but your budget too!  We will work with you to curate a personal package to suit your needs.  ​

  • How long can I rent "The Prosecco" & what is the cost?

Minimum rental is 4hrs, with full day and weekend  rental available.  Pricing starts at $500​

Balloon & Backdrop Q&A

  • Can I purchase a "ballon kit" myself and hire you to do the rest?

We love when our clients send us inspiration shots from their Pinterest boards and share ideas!  Rest assured, we only use the highest quality designer balloons through our network of vendors and therefore do not accept requests to assemble what we have not sourced ourselves.  We will work with you on your event color theme and design to ensure we cover the colors and fullness of the display needed

  • What kind of backdrops do you have?

Check out our online gallery, Instagram and Facebook accounts for examples of our favorite luxury backdrops.  Chiara boards, fringe, shimmer and our lovely gold circle backdrops are available.  Custom orders available as well!

  • Can I pick up and install myself to save on delivery and set up fees?

Yes!  We have several backdrops that are lightweight and can fit in a small SUV.  Those types of backdrops are perfect for "grab and go" by clients.  Large and/or heavy backdrops will require set up by our team.  Balloon pick up is always an option when ordering 6ft or smaller sizes.  Pick up is by appointment in Esko, MN​
